Freestone Partners, LLC, Announces Acquisition of Dan-Loc Bolt & Gasket FEBRUARY 14, 2002, HOUSTON – Freestone Partners, LLC, announced that it has acquired Dan-Loc Bolt & Gasket, Inc. of Houston in an asset purchase. The company was acquired from The Flexitallic Group, Inc., also of Houston. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
