Freestone Partners invests primarily in companies with the following characteristics. We invite management teams, company owners and investment groups to contact us to discuss specific opportunities that fit these criteria.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial and commercial services
• Annual revenue of $10-50 million, with market opportunity for revenue growth
• Equity investments typically in the range of $3-$8 million
• Positive cash flow, although there might be room for considerable operating improvement
• Strong management team, with experience and success in similar enterprises
• Principal operations or headquarters in the southwestern or southeastern United States
